The Beginning​

Justin Shanholtzer started his first job at Beckley's RVs as a lot attendant at the age of 15. During his teenage years he worked in several different positions at Beckley's, which has given Justin a wealth of knowledge in many aspects of the RV business.

Commitment
In June of 2016 after graduating high school, Justin started as an RV salesperson. His sales managers saw a lot of potential in him as they recognized he was good with people and had a good work ethic. They set a goal for him to become the top salesperson by the age of 21. Justin began working relentlessly towards that goal.
Growth and Leadership
In 2019 at the age of 21, Justin achieved his goal of becoming the top producing sales person at Beckley's RV's.
Justin’s work ethic and expertise allowed him to rise to the top. By the age of 24, he sold nearly $40 Million worth of RV’s.
It is evident that he is a natural-born leader with a lot of success in his future. With the small success he's had thus far, he serves as a role model to people around his own age. He hopes to show people anything is possible with focus, consistency, a tremendous amount of hard work, sacrifices, and failures.
Actively in 2024
After helping thousands of people purchase an RV and becoming a senior sales consultant at Beckley's, Justin realized through his customers experiences that there is a lot of misinformation out there in the RV Industry. He wants to bridge the gap on that information by actively sharing his expertise with the world through social media.
